+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Fermentation must be magic! It preserves food plus enriches it with microbial cultures. Ordinary food changes with organic acids and other compounds, which are beneficial for health. These foods improve the function of the gastrointestinal system, helping to digest food and fight off harmful bacteria. The probiotics in fermented foods increase immune health and efficiency.
