Looking around, I noticed February’s beautiful hearts appearing on every paper, ad, social media, and Valentine’s Day cards. That made me think that maybe it was time to think about our own little hearts, and if we could do anything to make its job easier. We were anxious to find some little ways to change some of our recipes, making them just a little healthier and saving us from the newest fad diet. So, we chatted with Vasudha Viswanath, the author of a new cookbook, “The Vegetarian Reset,” who knew just how to help us.
