They are pioneering new traditions in harmonious aquaculture, which is the farming of aquatic organisms including fish, mollusks, crustaceans and aquatic plants. Verlasso is farming salmon in the purest clear water found anywhere and collaborate with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program. They never use hormones to grow their fish, harvest at a smaller size, and don’t use any preventative antibiotics.
