This church building was recently funded by donations from a number of people in Ohio.

This house was a recreation of a period house and featured a cooking demonstration with many period ingredients.

American House Hotel is where the Charles Dickens Christmas dinner was held.
This hotel was a recreation of a period hotel and contained a barber shop, bar and banquet facilities for the Charles Dickens dinner.

The actors portray a number of characters from the Scrooge book

The actors who portrayed the various characters of the Scrooge book had an intimate knowledge of the culture at the time period when the A Christmas Carol was written by Charles Dickens and could answer many questions pertaining to that time period.
Hazelnuts and Popcorn being roasted on an open fire to the delight of Ohio Village attendees.
Various activities within the Ohio Historic village were time appropriate for the period of the 1890’s, like carriage rides, open fire roasting of popcorn, and the dress that old man representing old time christmas persons.
