A Salute to Whole Foods Market

One summer, I took our family of kids to Whole Foods and spent the day there exploring the food world. The produce clerks explained the different types of mushrooms and even gave them a few samples to take home.  Baby bananas were a top fascination, and they will never forget the young man, who attempted to open a fresh coconut, and how they giggled as he chased the wild, fuzzy coconut ball around the store. The florist shop opened their eyes to using plants as decoration, and sniffing all the scents of various oils and lotions brought herbs into their life.  I will never be able to thank all those Whole Food employees for that wonderful day of learning.
