This is an information article I found about the Lion’s Mane (Pom Pom) mushroom.  I’m anxious to hear about the exciting research into the positive effect on the brain and overall nervous system regarding this mushroom. Previous information has shown that it improve both cognition, concentration, reduces depression and anxiety.  It has been found to be the only mushroom to cause an increase in NGF.
